What happens if I get in an accident?
Call us immediately at (323) 513-6955 and contact the police if there are injuries. File a report at the scene. Your personal insurance or the coverage you purchased at pickup will handle the claim — we'll guide you through every step.
What insurance do I need?
You'll need a valid personal auto insurance policy with collision and liability coverage, OR you can purchase short-term coverage from us at pickup. Bring your insurance card.
When do I get my deposit back?
Deposits are released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented, with the same fuel level and no excess mileage.
What's the mileage policy?
Rentals include 1,000 miles per week. Additional miles are billed at $0.25/mile. Unlimited mileage packages available — ask at booking.
